RETURNS 

What are the return conditions?
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you've received the ordered product(s). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us about your cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You are only eligible for a refund if the returned goods are only used to an extent which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you must inform us via e-mail (office@tromo.eu) with your order number, what items you would like to return and preferably the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please specify what other item(s) you desire. During business days we’ll get back to you with further instructions within 24 hours. 

Do I need to pay for returning a parcel?
Yes, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Will I receive a full refund?
Yes, if you return and cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including any shipping paid costs, except for extra charges paid for specifically requested non-standard delivery, such as express delivery. 

When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay your refunding if we haven't received the goods or evidence that you've returned them.

How will I receive my refund?
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. 

Are there any exceptions?
The right to cancel does not exist for orders that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g. monogrammed product).

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
All orders are currently shipped from Romania. Depending on where you are located you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders below US$800 will be excluded from import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders below AUS$900 will be excluded from import duties. For more information, please check with the Australian Border Force and the Australian Taxation Office.

All other non-European countries – If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to customs fees and import duties, we advise you to consult your local customs office.

Please note that no rights can be granted on the above information and that we can not be held responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. When you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
